Options & ordering details
Wing sauces: Honey Hot, Honey BBQ, Classic BBQ, Buffalo, Garlic Parmesan, Sweet Chili, Jerk, Spicy Garlic, Lemon Pepper, Plain/Unsauced and Teriyaki. Fried or smoked wings can be sauced. Meatball sauces include Brown Gravy, BBQ, Honey BBQ, Jerk, Sweet Chili and Marinara.
Add-ons: Turkey bacon for creamy potato soup is +$10 per gallon. Fresh diced onion, tomato and jalapeño garnish is included upon request with greens, black-eyed peas and pinto beans; each additional garnish plate is $15.
Portions: Half meat entrée pans feed up to 25 and full pans up to 50. Half side pans serve about 10–12; full side pans about 20–25. Gumbo includes seasoned white rice. One gallon serves about 8–10 entrées or 12–16 smaller portions.
Package upgrades: Premium meat selections add $50 Silver / $75 Gold / $100 Platinum per selection. Premium starch or side selections add $20 Silver / $30 Gold / $40 Platinum per selection. Steak, seafood and other unmarked dishes are a la carte.
Pricing & booking: Final pricing may change with guest count, customization and market food costs; seafood costs may vary. Delivery, setup, serving equipment, disposable dinnerware and staffing may add fees. A 50% deposit secures the date after details are confirmed. Please order at least 72 hours ahead when possible; short-notice requests may be accepted based on availability. Please disclose allergies and dietary restrictions before ordering; cross-contact cannot be guaranteed. Availability may change with product supply. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are provided with your invoice.
